Alexander Vaheid is an Artist, Filmmaker, and Educator based in San Francisco and working everywhere.

The son of two immigrants, he has been developing and creating films for a decade. With a Bachelors in Film (and Philosophy) he has performed a variety of roles in the Bay Area Film Industry from Directing, Production Design, Acting and more.

Alex also works as a mentor at SF Art & Film’s Film Workshop, helping and inspiring the next generation of filmmakers to learn, grow, and flourish.

He has worked with a variety of institutions and artists including the SFMoma, Meta, Artspan, Salami Rose Joe Louis, and Draw Together with Wendy MacNaughton.
